You built the business. Somewhere along the way, the business built its dependency on you. That's the thing we fix.
Book a conversationNo pitch. No process. Just a direct conversation.

You thought there'd be a point where it got easier. Where the momentum you'd built would carry things forward and you could step back a little. Run the business instead of being run by it.
It didn't happen. The more you did, the more indispensable you became. Gradually, without realising it, you built yourself into the centre of everything.
That's not a personal failing. It's how most businesses get built. The business was built around you being present, because it has to be, at least in the begining. The problem is that it was never rebuilt around anything else once you got it up and running. It's a structural problem. The people, the processes, and the technology that supports both. And structural problems have structural solutions.
The business is doing well. But it's doing well because you're always there. You're the one who holds it together, makes the calls, keeps things moving. And the personal cost of that is starting to show. The Founder Freedom Programme rebuilds the business around systems, AI and people, so it runs without you at the centre of everything. You get to choose how you spend your time again.
Founder Freedom Programme →Things are going well but you know there's more on the table. Inefficiencies you haven't fixed, decisions that take longer than they should, and an AI opportunity you can see but haven't quite grabbed. This is about building the technology layer that makes your business faster, leaner, and more competitive. Without the guesswork.
Business First AI →I'm Dave Heath. I've spent my career inside business at every level. Building my own from scratch. Working with founders and owners to grow and fix theirs. Advising at boards. And for the last few years, helping businesses implement AI in ways that actually change how they operate and what's possible for the people running them.
That range matters. I'm not coming at this from one angle. I understand the founder experience because I've lived it. I understand business strategy because I've applied it. And I understand AI because I've studied it formally and delivered it practically.
I hold various IBM certifications in AI strategy and business adoption. I'm currently the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the University of Dundee, a role awarded by the Royal Society. I've been recognised by the Royal Academy of Engineering and Royal Society of Edinburgh for my contributions in entrepreneurship.
I don't separate the technology from the business. In my experience, you can't.

Most business owners know they and their team are capable of more. And most founders know the business was supposed to give them more freedom than it does. I help with both, because they're linked, using AI, systems, and coaching in whatever combination makes sense.
The next step is a conversation. No pitch, no pressure. Just an honest discussion about where you are and whether I can help.
